| On Monday February 4, 2008, Duncan Disposal will take over as North Richland Hills’ garbage and recycling provider. Residents will see a new look in town, including new vehicles. Below are some “fast facts” about the new service provider. |

- Provider: Republic Waste of Texas, Ltd, known locally as Duncan Disposal Company
- Service Starts: February 4, 2008
- Duncan Customer Service Department: 817.317.2450 - Mon to Fri 8 am - 5 pm, Sat 8 am - 12 pm. (Customer Service Phones shall be open until 7 PM, Mon to Fri during the first 60 days of the contract).
- Pickup Times: 7 am - 7 pm
